1. This referral promotion is applicable to existing Accor Plus members (“the Referrer) in the Philippines who are:
– Holding a valid Accor Plus membership; and
– Are aged 18 years or older.

2. To qualify for the Reward points and an entry to the grand draw with 30 sets of 30,000 Reward points, simply refer one or more friends between Monday, 20 May to Friday, 21 June 2024, AEST 11:59pm (“the Promotional Period”).

3. The Referrer will receive:
– 3,000 ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points worth EUR 60 (an estimated PHP 3,650) and one (1) entry to the grand draw for every referred friend who successfully joins Accor Plus as a new member before Friday, 21 June 2024, AEST 11:59pm.
– An example: An Accor Plus member (the Referrer) refers 5 friends within the Promotional Period and all 5 referred friends successfully enrolled as new members of the Accor Plus programme before 21 June 2024, AEST 11:59pm; The Referrer will receive a total of 15,000 Reward points (3,000 Reward points x 5 successfully referred friends), and five (5) entries to the grand draw.

4. All referrals must either be submitted via the online form on this dedicated promotion landing page on Accor Plus website https://www.accorplus.com/ph/30k-bonus-points-grand-draw, or through an Accor Plus Consultant or Member Services team member.

5. The deadline for all referral submissions relating to this promotion is Friday, 21 June 2024, AEST 11:59pm.

6. The grand draw will be conducted by the Promoter and will be held on Wednesday, 10 July 2024, 12pm AEST, at the Accor Plus Sydney office at Level 23, 1 Bligh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

7. There is no limit on the number of successful referrals an Accor Plus member can make, and a new Accor Plus Supplementary membership and/ or a new Accor Plus membership through a third-party partner does not constitute a referral.

8. All applicable local taxes including 20% withholding tax that may arise in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the prize winners.

9. The prize of 30,000 ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points allow an existing member of Accor Plus to redeem them for various experiences including stays, dining, events, partner benefits and shopping. 10. All Winners of the grand draw residing in the Philippines will be notified by registered mail, email and/ or phone, and their names will be posted on the dedicated promotion landing page on Accor Plus website https://www.accorplus.com/ph/30k-bonus-points-grand-draw.

11. The announcement of the Winners to the grand draw will be made via the Accor Plus social media (Facebook / Instagram page) within two (2) business days.

12. There will be thirty (30) Winners drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Period across 10 applicable countries, including the Philippines, with each Winner to receive 30,000 Reward points. In the event that the same Winner is drawn to subsequent set/s of 30,000 Reward points, the next entry will be awarded. For avoidance of doubt, each Winner can only receive one (1) set of 30,000 Reward points.

13. Winners may claim their prize by acknowledging the prize notifications sent by The Promoter, such as registered mail, email and/ or phone.

14. To claim the prize, Winners must present valid personal details such as National Identification Card for identification purposes before the prize of 30,000 Reward points can be credited to their Accor Plus membership account.

15. For prize to be claimed by an authorised representative, the Winner’s National Identification Card must be presented for identification purposes before the prize of 30,000 Reward points can be credited to the Winner’s Accor Plus membership account.

16. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winners. All prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days period after the prize notifications are sent or it will be forfeited in favour of the Promoter with prior approval of DTI.

17. All employees of Accor Plus or Accor SA, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in this promotion.

18. The Referrer must register his/her account details with the full name and contact details of the referees. In participating in the promotion, the referees must agree to voluntarily provide their details and to receive a call from an Accor Plus representative to discuss the membership programme.

19. All referrals are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by Accor Plus and not the time of transmission by the Referrer. Accor Plus takes no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected submissions for any delays or failures in any telecommunications services or equipment.

20. This promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any other ongoing Accor Plus offers or promotions.

21. By entering this grand draw, all entrants agree to allow the Promoter to publish their personal information publicly on Accor Plus social media and/ or Accor Plus website, such as first name, last name, country of residence and postcode, as part of the promotion’s announcements of the Winners for the grand draw.

22. Respective Reward points for each successful referral will be credited to the eligible Referrer’s Accor Plus membership account within 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period on 21 June 2024.

23. 3,000 Reward points = EUR 60; an estimated worth of PHP 3,650. Currency conversion is accurate at the time of publishing this communication.
