5. Terms & Conditions of the Promotion:

• Customers must pay all amounts and fees arising from the purchase of goods/ services from Accor Plus using the eligible Visa cards specified in Article 2 – Eligible customers.
• Offer is not applied in conjunction with other promotions of Accor Plus for Accor Plus Explorer membership card purchase.
• Offer is valid for both new and expired members of Accor Plus.
• Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer to customers in any circumstances.
• Offer cannot be exchanged for products and are non-transferable.
• Offer can be applied every day of the week, including holidays.
• Members can use up to four (04) digital cash vouchers per stay or dining experience (a stay is defined as consecutive nights at one hotel).

• The digital cash voucher package may be used in conjunction with Accor Plus member stay and dining benefits, including, but not limited to, room bookings through Members’ Rate, Red Hot Room, More Escapes, and Private Sale.
• The digital cash voucher package is applicable for one-time use within the stated validity period only (The digital cash voucher packages are valid for 12 months from the date of membership activation); any unused value or credit will be forfeited.
• Any remaining amount from the total bill after applying the digital cash voucher package credit is payable with a valid Visa Signature or Visa Infinite.
• After activating your membership, download the Accor ALL app to access your digital Accor Plus card to enjoy your member benefits straight away. Your digital dining voucher & the digital cash voucher package can be accessed through your membership account on accorplus.com. 
• Once a redemption has been made, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash, rewards points, or any other item.

• Offers as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.
• In the case of any dispute, the decision of Visa and/or Accor Plus shall be final.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services and/or prizes under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services and/or prizes under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
