YTSB – Yellow Tail Sushi Bar is thrilled to announce a special Michelin omakase takeover featuring Chef Takashi “Taka” Namekata on 29 and 30 November 2024.

Chef Taka is a renowned seafood expert, recognized for his innovative fusion flavors and creative omakase presentations. He is the founder and executive chef of TakaHisa, which has been selected for the Michelin Guide Dubai in 2023 and 2024. TakaHisa is also the only Japanese restaurant in the Middle East to have received two toques from Gault & Millau.

Chef Taka will host a 14-course omakase at THB 5,000++ per person, with seating available at 6:00pm and 8:00pm on both nights. Each round is limited to a maximum of 10 guests, making this one of the most exclusive and exciting omakase events in Bangkok.
