Accor Plus members can now convert seamlessly between Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles and ALL Reward points, offering you even more access to world class experiences in the air and exceptional stays on the ground.
Convert KrisFlyer miles to Reward points
Turn your miles into extraordinary stays. Members can now convert 4,500 KrisFlyer miles to 1,000 ALL Reward points. Choose to redeem hotel stays, dining, activities, concerts and sporting events.
Log in to your KrisFlyer account. Navigate to “Miles”, followed by “How to Use”. Scroll down to “Other Redemption Options” and select “Accor Live Limitless”. Key in the number of miles that you would like to convert to Reward points and click “Proceed”.
Convert Reward points to KrisFlyer miles
Let your hotel stays take you miles further. Members can convert 2,000 Rewards points to 1,000 KrisFlyer miles, turning stays into unparalleled flights, cabin upgrades, travel and dining experiences and more.
Navigate to the KrisFlyer partner page on ALL.com. Log in to your Accor Plus account, scroll down to “Use points” and select “Convert your Reward points”. Provide your KrisFlyer member number. Choose the number of Reward points you would like to convert to KrisFlyer Miles and click “Confirm conversion”.
- KrisFlyer members may convert their KrisFlyer miles into ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points. To do this, KrisFlyer members must be a member of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme with a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership card.
- After conversion, the converted points are added to member’s ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules.
- KrisFlyer miles are converted through the members’ KrisFlyer account under the following conversion rate: 4,500 KrisFlyer miles = 1,000 ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points.
- Members are not authorised to convert their KrisFlyer miles on behalf of another individual. Points will be converted to the ALL – Accor Live Limitless account within a maximum of 7 business days.
- The maximum number of KrisFlyer miles that may be converted to ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points by each KrisFlyer Member in a calendar year (i.e. 1 January to 31 December) is 180,000 KrisFlyer miles.
- Transferred ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless status.
- For further information, please refer to the ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme terms and conditions. ALL – Accor Live Limitless members must be a member of KrisFlyer prior to requesting a conversion of ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points into KrisFlyer miles.
- Members are not authorised to convert their ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points into KrisFlyer miles on behalf of another individual. KrisFlyer miles will be converted to the KrisFlyer account within a maximum of 7 business days.
- Once ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points have been converted into KrisFlyer miles, the KrisFlyer miles are subject to the KrisFlyer program terms and conditions. Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless cannot cancel a conversion transaction. All conversions of ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points into KrisFlyer miles are final. ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points are deducted from ALL Account when the order to convert is submitted.
- ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points are converted into KrisFlyer miles as follows: 2,000 ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points = 1,000 KrisFlyer miles. Members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless may convert his/her ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points online, per multiple of 4,000 ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points.
- To request a point transfer, members must log into their ALL – Accor Live Limitless account and go to the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer partner page on ALL.com. Click on “Convert your Reward points”. Members must key in the required information and choose the number of ALL – Accor Live Limitless Reward points they wish to convert. Members take sole responsibility for the information provided when filling out the point conversion form.
