Start with the signature starter: tender pork belly with celeriac purée, black pudding crumbs, and smoked pear chutney for a harmonious blend of textures and flavours. For the main, enjoy coastal lamb rack with potato galette, sautéed sweetbreads, mint peas, and horseradish chimichurri. Finished with a fragrant mint jus, this dish highlights the flavours of New Zealand’s landscapes.

For dessert, savour the Rocher chocolate mousse egg with tangy carrot cheesecake and chocolate hazelnut soil. End with a house-made chocolate treat, the perfect sweet finish to your evening.
