How to take part in the auction:

  • An auction is a competition where people bid higher and higher amounts to win an item.
  • This auction starts at 10,000 points and each bid must be 1,000 points more, bidders keep increasing their offers (11,000, 12,000, etc.).
  • The winner will be the member that offer the highest bid before the end of the auction.
  • The auction will be available on 17 February 2025 at 12pm (Singapore time) until 28 February 2025 at 12pm (Singapore time).

  • Participation in the auction is open to any natural person of legal age who is a member of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program on the date on which the auction starts (hereinafter referred to as “”the Participant””). Participants must reside in Poland, Germany, UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of Congo, UAE, Turkey, India, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Australia, Brazil, US, Italy, Sweden.
  • The auction is exclusively reserved for members of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme having received an e-mail from ALL – Accor Live Limitless indicating the minimum number of Rewards points required to participate in the auction and inviting them to visit the dedicated website.
  • For each auction offering a Limitless Experience event, the dedicated website provides the following information:
    • a complete description with all the details of the event (competition, dates and time, etc.)
    • the minimum number of Reward points required to participate
    • the closing date of the auction
  • The winner of the Limitless Experience auction will be determined by ALL – Accor Live Limitless at its sole discretion and according to the highest bid received before the final closing of this auction. The winner’s Reward points will be automatically deducted from their ALL – Accor Live Limitless account. The winner must comply with all terms and conditions that apply to the item or experience in question.
  • A Limitless Experience package won at an auction is neither refundable nor exchangeable nor may be transferred to a third party, except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organiser. In this case, ALL – Accor Live Limitless undertakes to reimburse the Rewards points used by the member for the auction in question. The Limitless Experience package cannot be resold under any circumstances. It will not be subject to any financial compensation in the event of non-use by the member. ALL – Accor Live Limitless accepts no responsibility for any unlawful use of a package.
  • It is not possible to bid on your own auction. A time of 30 seconds is necessary between two auctions, so that the update of the display is effective. For example, if an overbid is made less than 30 seconds before the end of the auction, it will not be possible to overbid again before the end of the auction. Accor cannot be held responsible for items beyond its control (e.g. proper functioning of the network).
  • At the end of the auction, the winner will be notified by a confirmation e-mail which will be sent to him. This email is the only one to claim the auction (the display on the site cannot serve as proof, insofar as a delay in updating the display is necessary). A booking confirmation email will also be sent to the Member within seven (7) business days to the email address provided by the member during the auction. All the data communicated and the auction winning confirmation e-mail constitute proof of the transaction.
  • Confirmation shall be deemed a signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out. By confirming this auction, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you via email.
  • The member of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme must be of legal age to participate in this experience. The member and their companion will be required to present an official identity document (valid passport or identity card) confirming their identity in order to validate their participation in the experience.
  • Please note that a video recording of the event may be made, which may be broadcast on external and internal channels of the Accor group.
  • Any disrespectful and inappropriate behaviour towards, PSG staff, ALL staff or other ALL members present, will result in exclusion from the “event” and may lead to the impossibility of taking part in other Limitless Experiences.
