Enjoy an indulgent STICKS wine dinner at Mercure Melbourne Southbank on Thursday, 8 May, where Joval Wines will showcase the renowned STICKS range, expertly paired with a thoughtfully curated 4-course menu.
The evening begins with delicate dill and dijon mustard-cured salmon, followed by orange-glazed duck breast with duck fat potato purée, cabbage prosciutto roulade and rich sherry jus. Next, enjoy rare roast beef with shiraz braised onion purée, pan-fried polenta, and a bold blue cheese and green peppercorn combination. To finish, indulge in a baked yoghurt and mango dessert with salted caramel, puffed quinoa and a chocolate cracker, all complemented by STICKS wines.
