Who are Tanica and Karu?
Tanica is a female-founded Australian brand known for their innovative use of native botanicals to create fresh and vibrant flavour. Founded by Adriane McDermott, Tanica evokes the spirit of coastal living and is passionate about giving the spritz a new place and purpose using the lifestyle and botanicals of Australia. The award-winning aperitif is gently distilled and slow-soaked in hand-harvested, sustainably grown Davidson’s plum for a natural bittersweetness that’s made for today’s tastes in modern cocktails.
Karu Distillery is also an Australian producer, renowned for its award-winning spirits, including gins, rums and liqueurs. They emphasize craftsmanship and quality, using carefully selected ingredients to create bold and unique spirits. Both brands represent the pinnacle of Australian distilling excellence.
