  • Stuzzichino: Start with a delectable Crocchetta di Radicchio e San Daniele, a chicory croquette paired with San Daniele Prosciutto and enjoy a glass of La Gioiosa Prosecco Treviso, NV.
  • Il Baccalà Mantecato: Experience a creamy mousse of cured cod fish, served with grilled polenta, ajoblanco, lime, and pink pepper meringue, alongside a glass of Collio Sauvignon DOC “Judri” 2022.
  • Risi, Verze e Luganega: Delight in a classic Carnaroli risotto with savoy cabbage, house-cured pork sausage and Montasio cheese, paired with “Caterina” Ribolla Gialla 2022.
  • Gnocchi alla Friulana: Enjoy roasted pumpkin gnocchi with crispy sage and Asiago cheese fondue, accompanied by “Rocciaponca” Pinot Grigio Collio 2022.
