A new and exciting dining concept awaits as Club Matera at The Cliff, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa welcomes diners to a casual dining experience. This unique pop-up showcases Michelin-starred Chef Bjoern Alexander’s modern Asian-influenced Italian dining style and Chef de Cuisine Paolo Benedet’s flair for creating authentic and locally sourced Southern Italian flavours that The Cliff is known for. Set against panoramic views of the South China Sea with al fresco seating, diners will be feted to the two chefs’ culinary creations featured in the à la carte, set lunch and set dinner menus; which will be updated regularly to provide fresh dining experiences.
