The weekend highlight will be the ‘In Good Company’ degustation dinner crafted by the finest produce by three of Australia’s leading chefs, Jacques Reymond, Michael Lambie and Nelly Robinson. Each course will be matched with wines presented by renowned Italian sommelier Sabino Matera, and the evening will be hosted by travel writer and TV presenter Brodie Harper.
