  • One must book the rate of “Sun & Sea Package” to enjoy this package inclusion.
  • Minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • Bookable until 3 days prior to the arrival date.
  • All benefits are valid for 2 persons.
  • The surfing lesson benefit includes a group surf lesson for Beach & Reef Break Courses by the RipCurl School of Surf. It consists of a 2-hour session for one course, from levels 1 to 10. Transportation to and from the spot is included in the package. The lesson is available at scheduled times and can be confirmed upon check-in.
  • No cancellation charge applies prior to 6pm (local time), up to 3 days before arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
  • The full amount of the stay is payable in advance by credit card at the time of booking. Payment should be made using a valid credit card, and the name on the reservation should match the credit card. Proof of identification (KTP/Passport) is required.
  • No refund, accumulation, or transfer for unused portions.
  • Members must present their card upon check-in at the hotel or their member number if they have not yet received their card. A maximum of 2 rooms at the Members Rate can be booked per member per stay.
  • Accommodation is free for 1 child under 12 years old sharing the bedding with parents. Breakfast for 1 child under 12 years old is free if the parents purchase breakfast.
