In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Accor Plus, join Novotel Brisbane South Bank for an exclusive interactive culinary experience with renowned pastry chef Emelia Jackson at Spice Central Kitchen & Bar. Indulge with a 3-course dinner curated by acclaimed Melbourne chef Andrew Ballard with matching wines. Emelia will then share exclusive behind-the-scenes secrets while she creates her signature dish, Paris Brest. You will be able to ask Emelia questions about her career journey, recipes and more, while she does her live demonstration.

Emelia Jackson was one of the contestants in MasterChef Australia Season 6, in which she finished in 3rd place. In 2020, she returned in MasterChef Australia: Back to Win, in which she was crowned winner. In 2024, Emilia is returning for her third round in the kitchen for the top title of Australia’s Dessert Master.
Originally from New Zealand, Andrew Ballard is a well-known Melbourne chef. He’s the owner and chef of Simmer Culinary, based on Mornington Peninsula. Andrew was awarded ‘Australia’s most outstanding chef for 2018 and 2019, and his biggest achievement is to be the winner of Professional Chef of the Year 2021.
