Savour an extraordinary dining experience where the Chef’s exceptional craftsmanship is highlighted through a unique menu featuring sustainable and locally sourced ingredients.

Begin the meal with an appetising smokehouse salmon with crispy fried oyster, perfectly complemented by dill creme fraiche. For mains, choose between the Kyoto-style grilled codfish with the essence of daikon radish and green asparagus or the Australian wagyu short rib M7 with a delightful twist of leek and ice raspberries. Wrap up your meal with the refreshing green tea mousse cake served with a tangy yuzu ice cream.
