Discover a one-day-only menu from Chef Migo featuring eight distinctive dishes, including Lengua Estofado with truffle – a heartfelt tribute to his mum’s recipe, cherished and served on special family occasions. Featuring ox tongue, slow-braised in soy and aromats for 12 hours to tender perfection. Migo has taken it to new heights with fragrant fresh black truffle.
