Accor Plus is the most expansive travel, dining and lifestyle programme in Asia Pacific, which enables you to do more, in more incredible ways imaginable. Enjoy more destinations and styles at over 1,000 hotels, resorts and holiday apartments across 20 countries. Membership includes an extensive range of benefits including a complimentary night* at a participating hotel, accommodation and dining discounts, ALL – Accor Live Limitless Silver membership status, invitations to exclusive member experiences, exclusive partner offers and much more.

*The Stay Plus complimentary night is only included on certain membership types.

The following Accor hotel brands participate in the Accor Plus program:

Banyan Tree, Sofitel Legend, Fairmont, SO/, Sofitel, MGallery, Art Series, Mondrian, Pullman, Swissôtel, Angsana, Grand Mercure, Quay West, Peppers, The Sebel, Mantra, Cassia, Novotel, Mercure, BreakFree, Ibis, Ibis Styles and Ibis Budget.

 

Accor Plus benefits can be enjoyed at participating Accor hotels in the following destinations:

Australia, Cambodia, China, Fiji, French Polynesia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Due to operational reasons e.g. restaurants are leased by a third party, some hotels and restaurants are unable to provide the full suite of Accor Plus benefits. A comprehensive list of exceptions can be found on the pages below:

New memberships take 2 business days to process. After processing has occurred, you will then receive a confirmation email which prompts you to activate your membership. You can then download the Accor hotels App, log in to your account and access your digital card.

Your Accor Plus membership is valid for 12 months until the final day of the month shown on the membership card.

To book your Stay Plus night follow the steps below:

1) Login on accorplus.com
2) Select a destination or a participating Accor hotel within Asia Pacific
3) Enter your preferred dates and fill in the other requested details
4) Select “Yes” in the Stay Plus drop-down menu
5) Click the Search or Book button
6) You will be redirected to the booking page where you can select your hotel and room of choice

The complimentary night is valid for a Standard Room however a higher room category may be available with an upgrade fee. The Stay Plus benefit is subject to allocation so not every available room is allocated for this purpose. If you’re looking to use your complimentary night on a weekend or during special event periods, be sure to book well in advance. You can book up to 12 months in advance however the check-in and check-out date must be during your membership period.

Members can book up to two rooms on membership rates, providing the member is staying in one of the rooms, and the dates of the second room are the same as the stay dates of the room occupied by the member.

The dining benefit is calculated based on how many people are dining. When one membership card is presented, the discounts are:

25% off – one member
50% off – one member with a guest
33% off – one member with two guests
25% off – one member with three guests

The membership card can be used for breakfast,lunch and dinner at participating hotel restaurants. In the Pacific only multiple membership cards may be presented to increase the discount for groups.

Present your physical or digital membership card upon entering a participating Accor hotel restaurant. When booking a restaurant on accorplus.com on the online restaurant booking site; Table Plus, for instant reservations. Make sure to login as a member to receive your dining benefits.

No, the Accor Plus membership is strictly for the member’s use only and is non-transferrable.

When you become an Accor Plus member, and you are not currently a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, you will also gain automatic enrolment to ALL – Accor Live Limitless Silver status. If you are an existing Classic or Silver ALL – Accor Live Limitless member you will either be upgraded from Classic to Silver status or retain your Silver status. If you are a Gold, Platinum, or Diamond ALL – Accor Live Limitless member you will retain this status when you also become an Accor Plus member.

Your Accor Plus account may be suspended to prevent malicious activity from being carried out.

This can occur when your account gets accessed on a suspicious IP address, such as using a VPN or public WIFI while travelling.

While your account is suspended, you will not be able to:

  • Use Rewards points to book a stay
  • Register for points promotions and offers
  • Renew your membership

You can still book a stay using your Members rate and enjoy your dining discount.

To reactivate all your benefits and ensure the security of your account, we request your assistance with the following:

1. Change your account password. Please login to accorplus.com and update your Profile
2. Email members@accorplus.com to confirm that your password has been updated and attach an identity document showing your photo, name and address. This document will be deleted after processing your re-activation.

Accor Plus membership and Stay Plus benefit extension

The impact of COVID-19 on our daily lives is daunting and has also affected our members’ opportunity to use and enjoy the benefits of their Accor Plus membership. To alleviate this, members 12-month Accor Plus membership will be automatically extended by an additional six (6) months.

All current membership benefits, including any unused Stay Plus complimentary nights, will also be extended by an additional six (6) months.

 

FAQs on the extension of Accor Plus membership and Stay Plus benefit due to the COVID-19 situation.

The membership extension is applicable to all current Accor Plus members, provided your membership is still valid as at April 2020. Memberships given to members by a third party corporation may be exempt.

Eligible Accor Plus members will have their 12-month memberships extended for a maximum of six (6) months from their membership expiry date, for example:

  • Membership expires 31 May 2020, membership will now be valid through until 30 November 2020; or
  • A Member joined or renewed in March 2020, membership will now be valid through until 30 September 2021.

PLEASE NOTE: This extension supersedes any previous ad-hoc extensions given over and above the twelve (12) month membership and this will only be extended for a maximum of six (6) additional months:

  • A member joined in April 2020 with a 15-month membership validity (usual 12 months + 3 months extension given during purchase), membership will now be valid through until 31 October 2021, as opposed to 31 July 2021.

Yes, the Stay Plus complimentary night benefit will also be extended for a maximum of six (6) months, aligning with the validity of your membership extension.

Yes, the 6-month extension will also be applicable to eligible members with Accor Plus Supplementary and Discovery memberships.

The extension will take place automatically by 31 May 2020. Members will then be able to view their new membership expiry date in their member profile when they log on to their account via accorplus.comall.accor.com or the Accor All app.

No, there will be no reissuance of a new physical Accor Plus membership card – the new membership expiry date will only be reflected on your digital card via the Accor All app.

Yes, eligible members will also have all unused Accor Plus member benefits extended for a maximum period of six (6) months, according to the duration of your membership. This also applies to any unused Member for a Day certificates (MFAD).

Yes, all unused vouchers will be extended according to the duration of your membership and valid for redemption at the hotels. For eligible members in the Pacific, both your Wine and Breakfast vouchers will be extended for six (6) months, i.e. new expiry date will be 30 June 2021, as opposed to 31 December 2020.

Members will need to present their physical or electronic version of the voucher or certificate together with their digital card hosted on the Accor All app that reflects the new membership expiration date for verification.

All members are encouraged to download the Accor All app in order to fully utilise the Accor Plus member benefits from the extended membership. Issuance of a Temporary Letter will only be granted on a case-by-case basis.
